Frenchman Lake
Reports have been good all around the lake. Catching limits of rainbow trout, catfish and crawdads. The early morning remains the best time to fish, going deeper as the weather gets warmer throughout the day.
Most fishermen are using nightcrawlers, with a few using flies (black or dark green) or lures (PMK+ blue or yellow).

Weather has been excellent for fishing this past week.
Mary Putnam of Trinidad caught a 17-inch rainbow trout using nightcrawlers while trolling near Turkey Point.
Best time to fish is early morning. In the afternoon you need to go at least 20 - 30 feet deeper.
Fishermen have been using nightcrawlers, PowerBait, marshmallows and various lures of green or yellow, and medium or large in size.

After being the assistant head coach and defensive coordinator for the Golden Eagles for one year, J.D. Johnson will be taking over as head coach for 2010.

Seventeen gals turned out July 15, for Best 9, our choice of front or back, using half-handicap.
First flight winners were Jo Knudson in second place and Julie Azevedo in first place.
Sally Weller was second in the second flight and Karen DeMoe came in first place.
