home inspection services
Indian Valley resident Sean Prior, owner and operator of Almanor Log Works since 2002, has started a new business called Almanor Inspection Service. He completed the necessary courses and is now certified by the Housing Inspection Foundation to do the home inspections required by many lenders. Sean determines what condition the house is in, not the value, as explained in an easy-to-read report complete with photographs. Having been in the construction trade building homes for more than 20 years, Sean knows what potential issues to look for and where to look for them. He is available for home inspections throughout Plumas and Lassen counties and offers a 24-hour turnaround.
