new appliance store gears up

Lifelong residents Joe and Elaine Azevedo have opened Appliance Repair Services in East Quincy next to Shadetree Automotive. ARS offers new and used sales, service (including warranty work) and parts for virtually all major home appliances including Whirlpool, Jenn-Air, Maytag, Estate and Roper. And if you don’t mind a little cosmetic dent or scratch, Joe also carries factory-new appliances that have some minor flaws but provide big discounts! Joe has been in the appliance repair business for 24 years and his assistant, Henry Glover, has certainly seen it all in his 50-plus years as an appliance repairman. Presently, the store has somewhat limited hours while the crew is out servicing appliances so I suggest you call first to check store hours or to make an appointment: 283-1212.
