Advertisement: Grocery items for your Easter dinner-- Royal gelatin 5 cents a package, large eggs 21 cents a dozen, ham 23 cents a pound, fresh asparagus 12 cents a pound, coffee 28 cents a pound--Kilpatrics, Quincy.

 

50 YEARS AGO........1962

Advertisement: The best of everything for your Easter dinner: ham 45 cents a pound, asparagus 17 cents a pound, leg of lamb 69 cents a pound.

Advertisement: Special at Hotel Quincy: Easter dinner $2.50 Noon 'til 9 p.m. Have Easter dinner with the family at Jack's Place at Virgilia--pan fried chicken or baked ham, $2.50. Easter Sunday breakfast at River Pines in Blairsden--buckwheat pancakes 50 cents or dinner featuring leg of lamb $2.95, ham $2.75 or beef stroganoff $3.25.

 

25 YEARS AGO.........1987
