Partners Steve Pezzullo and Julia Gussett, both CPAs, said Carlene Slusher, a Chester resident and CPA who has been with the firm for more than six years, will split her time between the Susanville and Chester offices. Groomer Anita Chang will join the team at High Sierra Animal Rescue in Portola Feb. 6. She graduated from Cal-A-Hi Dog Grooming in Chico and worked as a groomer for a kennel in Paradise. She and her husband relocated from Hawaii.
