Paternal grandparents are Jim and Karen Staley, of Hereford, Ariz.
Baby Fiona joins brother Asher, 4, and sister Penelope, 2, at home.
Kevin Michael Gunn was born to Ashley Achter and Kristapher Gunn, of Quincy, on Dec. 14, 2011, at 8:01 a.m. at Plumas District Hospital in Quincy. Kevin weighed 6 pounds, 10 ounces.
Maternal grandparents are Sandra and Michael Achter, of Portola.
Paternal grandparents are Kathy Whitlow, of Downieville, and Kevin and Michele Gunn, of Livermore.
Great-grandparents are Jean and Gene Achter, of Chico, and Mary Richardson, of Anderson.
