Boyle graduated from the Master Court of Sommeliers in Chicago and conducts more than 100 professional wine tasting events each year.
Residents and visitors are invited to sip wines Saturday, July 24, and help Greenville schools at the same time.
Carrie Boyle, a certified wine judge, will be the guest Sommelier at Anna's Caf in Greenville.
She owned a pair of Wine Merchant shops and is now general manager of Total Wines, one of Sacramento Valley's largest fine wine stores.
Carrie has just returned from a professional tasting tour through Spain and France and will be judging wine at the California State Fair this year.
"Take advantage of her experience," said volunteer organizer Jesse Lawson.
Boyle and members of the Greenville Parents Club will make it an evening to remember.
There will be two seatings of 40 people at 6 p.m. and 8 p.m.
Tickets are $30 per person and available at Anna's Caf.
There will be a door prize, a drawing and a limited silent auction at each seating.
"Take a night off and treat yourself to some outstanding wines with the help of a world class Sommelier," Lawson said.
For more information, call Anna's Caf at 284-1998.
