Maternal grandparents and Patricia Sims of Quincy and Norman and Peggy Yarbrough of Rancho Tehama.
Paternal grandparents are George and Terry McNulty of Quincy.
Sophia joins siblings Ethan, 13, Luna, 3, and Bonnie, 1, at home.
