Notice of Intent to Impound Personal Property in Trespass
The United States Forest Service will impound personal property in trespass on Forest Service lands. The property, located at T26N, R7E, Section 29, consists of a pickup truck, small structure and miscellaneous equipment. Property can be claimed by the permittee of record or their designated representative. It is the permittee or their designated representative's responsibility to respond to this notice and make arrangements for the property within fifteen (15) days from the date this notice is published. If the permittee or their designated representative does not respond, the property shall be deemed abandoned and disposed of according to statute.
