Bob Dylan concert rocks Town Hall Theater

Local musicians and singers prepare for an encore at the benefit concert for Plumas Arts and KQNY community radio Nov. 29 at the Town Hall Theater in Quincy. The tribute to Bob Dylan was produced by Tommy Miles and played for two nights to hundreds of enthusiastic listeners.
