View for thought
Taking in the views from the Quincy Q above the high school, senior students in Terrie Redkey's business and finance class reflect and write about what it's been like growing up in this unique community and the goals they hope to achieve during their senior year and beyond.
Rob Wade who facilitated the summer training Teaching From the Land, which was attended by many high school teachers from throughout the school district, inspired this lesson, using the outdoors as a classroom. Joining the seniors was new QHS principal Dr. Sue Segura who, for the first time, viewed her new community and school from the Quincy Q.
