Hazel Denise Faye Merriman was born to Jessica and Travis Merriman, of Greenville, on May 12, 2012, at 11:09 p.m. at Plumas District Hospital in Quincy. Hazel weighed 7 pounds, 10 ounces.
Maternal grandparents are Karen Van Zandt and Dennis Forcino.
Paternal grandparents are Toni Fernleaf and Mike Merriman.
Great-grandparents are LaVonne and Robert Smith.
Hazel is also welcomed by siblings Carter Merriman, 5, and Payton Merriman, 3.
