Plumas County’s very own locally grown music festival with an emphasis on solar power marks its 22nd year July 13 and 14. Everyone is invited to come to the Taylorsville Campground, set up camp early, and be part of one of the most entertaining events of the summer — the Solar Cook-Off.
The party begins Friday night, July 13, with a lineup of live music that will keep audiences listening and dancing right on into the next evening. Sixteen bands will alternate sets on two stages under the green canopy shade of the parachute that forms the centerpiece for the event.
