The Plumas County Sheriff’s Employees Association Needy Children’s Christmas Program is firmly planted in Lake Almanor thanks to coordinator Laura Kincaid and the merchants who have agreed to host donation boxes.
Plumas County will soon have three new residents: identical triplets. On Nov. 22, Meadow Valley’s Tom and Hannah Hepner welcomed their three new daughters into the world at Sutter Memorial Hospital in Sacramento.
