Emergency crews move a woman to an ambulance at the scene of a single-car rollover accident on westbound Highway 70, about nine miles west of Quincy, on Thursday afternoon. The unidentified woman, who appeared to be in her 50s or 60s, was conscious and talking after being extricated from the late-model Subaru. Crews used the “Jaws of Life” to cut the woman from the wreckage. Highway 70 was closed to most traffic during the rescue process. The cause of the accident was unknown as of late Thursday afternoon.
