Isabelle Rae-Ann Williams was born to Deborah and Justin Williams, of Quincy, on April 13, 2011, at 4:44 a.m. at Plumas District Hospital in Quincy. Isabelle weighed 5 pounds, 9 ounces.
Grandparents and great-grandparents include Tim Walker, of Grass Valley; Linda and Allen Williams, of Cromberg; Norma Williams, of Graeagle; and Carolyn Stover, of Grass Valley.
Jesse Blaze Garmon was born to Marla and Jason Garmon, of Portola, on April 14, 2011, at 7:26 a.m. at Plumas District Hospital in Quincy. Jesse weighed 5 pounds, 12 ounces.
Maternal grandparents are Jenny and Arthur Girroir, of Portola.
Paternal grandparents are Linda Garmon, Cathy Garmon and David Garmon, all of Portola.
Great-grandparents are Olivia Govella, of Las Vegas, and Clovis Gallegos, of Rancho Cucamonga.
Jesse is also welcomed by sibling Jaiden Taze Garmon, 3.
