William Robert Bivin was born to Kelli and Colt Bivin, of Taylorsville, on March 16, 2011, at 10:12 p.m. at Plumas District Hospital in Quincy. William weighed 4 pounds, 10 ounces.

Maternal grandparents are Karen Van Zandt, of Greenville, and Bill Metcalf, of Taylorsville.

Paternal grandparents are Renee and Robert Bivin, of Taylorsville.

Great-grandparents are LaVonne and Robert Smith, of Greenville; Robert Bivin, of Ukiah; and Wayne and Lois Bozarth, of Port Angeles, Wash.

William is also welcomed by great-great-grandfather Joe Bivin, of Ukiah.

Lane Mitchel Neer was born to Emily and Wesley Neer on March 24, 2011, at 6:43 a.m. at Auburn Faith Hospital in Auburn. Lane weighed 7 pounds, 6 ounces and was 19-1/2 inches in length.

Maternal grandparents are Jeni and Roy Brown, of Greenville.

Paternal grandparents are Mary Lynn and Charlie Neer, also of Greenville.

Great-grandmothers are Marilyn Brown, Margaret Neer and Francis Hamel.

Lane is also welcomed by his brother Tyler, 19 months.
