Sophia Jaelyn Marquez was born to Gabriela Naranjo and Sergio Marquez, of Quincy, on Feb. 8, 2012, at 8:42 a.m. at Plumas District Hospital in Quincy. Sophia weighed 7 pounds, 13 ounces.

Maternal grandparents are Magali Erazo and Juan Nunez, of Quincy.

Paternal grandparents are Miriam Rodriguez and Mario Marquez, of Quincy.

Great-grandparents are Martha Castaneda and Evelio Erazo, of Ecuador; and Micaela Marquez and Florentina and Rodolfo Santos, all of Mexico.

Maternal grandparents are Tracee and James Dunmore, of Clovis.

Paternal grandparents are Angela Simpson and Tony Canty, of Great Falls, S.C.

Great-grandparents are Julia Simpson, of Great Falls, S.C., and Bonnie Milligan, of Ennis, Texas.

Charles Robert Wolf was born to Jenny and Scott Wolf, of Sanger, on Feb. 5, 2012, at 8:44 a.m. at Plumas District Hospital in Quincy. Charles weighed 6 pounds, 8 ounces.

Maternal grandparents are Joyce and Albert Wangsgard.

Paternal grandparents are Paula and John Wolf.

Charles is also welcomed by siblings Clayton Wolf, 3, and Jace Wolf, almost 2.

Caden Charles Neer was born to Victoria and Clinton Neer Feb. 9, 2012, at 9:47 a.m. at Carson Tahoe Hospital in Carson City, Nev.

Caden weighed 7 pounds, and was 18 inches in length.

Maternal grandparents are Carol and Chris Hill, of Carson City, Nev.

Paternal grandparents are Mary Lynn and Charlie Neer, of Greenville.

Great-grandmothers are Julia Hill and Margaret Neer.

Paternal grandparents are Joyce and Joel Dolloff, of Quincy.

David Lee DuChene was born to Jeannie Schmid and Victor DuChene, of Alabaster, Ala., Jan. 20, 2012, at 6:16 a.m. at Plumas District Hospital in Quincy. David weighed 7 pounds, 7-1/2 ounces.

Maternal grandparents are Debra and Richard Vashaw, of Maryland, and Sharon DuChene, of Ohio.

David is also welcomed by sibling Cameron Schmid, 7.

Eleanor Honeybear Hilpert was born to Kimberly Jaimes and Gordon Hilpert Jr., of Linda, Nov. 19, 2011, at 9:50 a.m., at Sutter Medical Foundation in Yuba City. She weighed 6 pounds and was 20 inches long.

Maternal grandparents are Lorie and Alfonso Jaimes, of Greenville. Paternal grandmother is Merrillee Hilpert.

Great-grandparents are Robertha and Toby Timmons, of Greenville.

Eleanor joins her siblings Feather, 4, and Destiny, 2.

Logan Scott Hibbitts was born to Jessica and Kurtis Hibbitts, of Wahiawa, Hawaii, on Dec. 13, 2011, at 9:10 a.m. at Tripler Army Medical Center, Honolulu, Hawaii. Logan weighed 6 pounds, 14 ounces and was 20 inches long.

Paternal grandparents are Beverly and Gerry Hibbitts, of Janesville.

Maternal great-grandfather is Jack Toothaker, of Susanville.

Conner Lee Marshall was born to Amber and Jason Marshall, of Quincy, on Jan. 2, 2012, at 8:03 a.m. at Renown Regional Medical Center in Reno, Nev. Conner weighed 8 pounds, 9 ounces and was 21 inches in length.
