Jeanne Harper, owner/operator of Skills 4 Living Therapy in Portola, now provides occupational therapy services in conjunction with Eastern Plumas Health Care. Jeanne has 25 years experience in the field, with special certifications in hand therapy. She is available to provide her services to EPHC patients in the skill nursing and hospital medical-surgical units.
