Treatment plant study prompts feedback

Two weeks after an engineer’s report outlined the feasibility of building a new wastewater treatment plant for the American Valley, the feedback is coming in.

“Whatever we decide to do, the solution needs to be a solution that is good for the whole community,” Quincy Community Services District general manager Larry Sullivan said.
