PUSD board changes time and location of special meeting

The governing board of Plumas Unified School District has changed the time and location of its special meeting scheduled for Wednesday, Feb. 22. The meeting will now start at 6 p.m. in the Quincy High School cafeteria.

The meeting includes a budget and deficit workshop, followed by interim reports from the Indian Valley and Chester 7-11 committees.

The agenda also includes items tabled from the board’s regular meeting Feb. 8, most notably teacher layoffs.

The board is also expected to vote on redistricting options.
