The East Quincy Services District’s board of directors will hold a special meeting on Monday, Nov. 21, at 5 p.m.

The meeting at the EQSD office at 179 Rogers Ave. in Quincy will address the election of Mike Green to the board.

Green unseated current board member Steve Grant in the Nov. 8 election.

According to the agenda, the EQSD board plans to discuss, and possibly take action, concerning a potential conflict of interest by Green.

Green works as an employee for the Quincy Community Services District.
