Description:THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SACRAMENTO HAS ISSUED A WINTER STORM WARNING FOR HEAVY SNOW...WHICH IS IN EFFECT UNTIL 6 PM PST SUNDAY. DUE TO THE UPGRADE TO THIS WARNING...THE WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY AND WINTER STORM WATCH ARE NO LONGER IN EFFECT. * TIMING: PERIODS OF LIGHT TO MODERATE SNOW WILL CONTINUE THIS MORNING.
