  Sadie Dianne Brown was born to Chad and Theresa Brown, of Henderson, Nev., on Dec. 31, 2012, at 8:44 a.m. at St. Rose Siena in Henderson. Sadie weighed 7 pounds, 5 ounces, and was 20 inches in length.

  Maternal grandparents are John and Cindy Hodge of Henderson.

  Paternal grandparents are Charlie and Jill Brown of Quincy.

  Sadie is also welcomed by sisters Madelyn, age 6, and Kiersten, 19 months.

Bailey Kate Bridge

  Bailey Kate Bridge was born to Matt and Ashley Bridge on Feb. 2, 2013, at Kaiser Permanente in Roseville. Bailey weighed 6 pounds, 10 ounces, and was 20 inches in length.

  Maternal grandparents are Bill and Janis Noyer, of Sacramento.

  Paternal grandparents are Jack and Pat Bridge, of Graeagle.

River William Perron

  River William Perron was born to Jeffrey W. Perron and Emily M. Wallace, of Portola, on Feb. 18, 2013, at 7:57 p.m. at Plumas District Hospital in Quincy. River weighed 7 pounds, 10 ounces.

  Maternal grandparents are Sallie E. Galloway and Michaela G. Galloway

  Paternal grandparents are Patty A. Stanton and Steve R. Perron Sr.

  River is also welcomed by siblings Rayne Michaela Wallace, 7, and Rhiannon Satine Wallace, 6.

  August James Lausen was born to James and Sarah Lausen of Quincy on Jan. 21, 2013, at 1:57 p.m. at St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center in Reno, Nevada. 

  He weighed 8 pounds, 6 ounces, and was 21 inches long.

  Maternal grandparents are Kevin and Shannon Mallory, of Quincy, and Donn and Sandy Forslund, of Gold Beach, Ore.

  Paternal grandparents are Richard and Michelle Lausen, of Fernley, Nev., and Skip and Sharon Glenfield, of Redding. 

  Great-grandparents are Betty McLaughlin, of Quincy, Betty Jean Sabala, of Palm Springs, Nancy Aki, of Reno, Nev., and Jerry Hampton, of Red Bluff. 

  August is welcomed at home by his big brother Chadrick, who is 2 years old.

  William Paul Felker was born to Kory and Stacey Felker of Quincy on Feb. 11, 2013, at 4:01 p.m. at Plumas District Hospital in Quincy. William weighed 8 pounds, 5.5 ounces.

  Maternal grandparents are Rick and Sharon Svilich, of Yreka.

  Paternal grandparents are Kyle and Kathy Felker, of Quincy.

  Great-grandparents are Eleanore Garrison, of Cromberg, Paul Felker, of Redding, and Vivian Rouse, of Redding.

  Casey Christopher Stockton was born to Chris and Maria Stockton of Crescent Mills on Feb. 17, 2013, at 1 p.m. at Plumas District Hospital in Quincy. Casey weighed 8 pounds, 5.5 ounces.

  Maternal grandparents are Raymond and Nelaine Martinez, of Quincy.

  Paternal grandmother is Mari Stockton, of Crescent Mills.

  Great-grandparents are Sheryl Stockton, of Crescent Mills, and Dixie Bell, of Quincy.

  Tanner Jeffrey Engel was born to Jess and Amanda Engel of Graeagle on Feb. 4, 2013, at 5:34 p.m. at Plumas District Hospital in Quincy. Tanner weighed 7 pounds, 11 ounces.

  Maternal grandparents are David and Christy Healy.

  Paternal grandparents are Jeff and Jennifer Engel.
