Plumas County Code requires that a Special Use Permit be obtained to keep a lamb for a 4-H project in a residential area.
This project is located at 546 Manzanita Way, Lake Almanor, CA; APN 104-392-018.
This project is exempt under CEQA Guidelines [Section 15061 (b)(3)] as Plumas County Code, as enacted by the Special Use Permit conditions, serves to address any possible impacts.

The RRSP Reoffer II Sale is located within T29N R3E Sec. 2, T27N R6E Sec. 10, T29N R3E Sec. 23, T29N R3E Sec. 36, T28N R3E Sec. 2, T29N R6E Sec. 18, T27N R6E Sec. 11, T27N R6E Sec. 18, T27N R6E Sec. 15, T29N R6E Sec. 20, T26N R5E Sec. 1, T26N R5E Sec. 7, T29N R3E Sec. 11, T30N R3E Sec.2, T27N R6E Sec.14, T29N R6E Sec. 20, T26N R4E Sec.12. The Forest Service will receive sealed bids in public at Chester, CA at 2:00 PM local time on 07/26/2012 for an estimated volume of 3.8 CCF of Douglas Fir sawtimber, 25.5 CCF of Incense Cedar sawtimber, 10.7 CCF of Ponderosa Pine sawtimber, 1.6 CCF of Sugar Pine sawtimber, and 519.9 CCF of White Fir sawtimber marked or otherwise designated for cutting. The Forest Service reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Interested parties may obtain a prospectus from the office listed below.
