Animal rezoning ordinance
ORDINANCE NO. 2012-1087
AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNTY OF PLUMAS, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, REZONING CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY TO ADD THE FARM ANIMAL COMBINING ZONE (F)
The Board of Supervisors of the County of Plumas, State of California, ORDAINS as follows:
Section 1. Creation of Zone.
The following real properties, as depicted in Exhibit "A", are hereby rezoned to add the Farm Animal Combining Zone (F) as the terms are described in the Plumas County Code, retaining the Single Family Residential (2-R) zone as it currently exists.
The real properties herein described are located at 2536, 2538, 2540, 2542, 2544, and 2548 Rideout Trail, Greenhorn Ranch, Plumas County, CA; more particularly described as Assessor's Parcel Numbers 009-300-034, 009-310-011 and 009-310-044; T24N/R11E/Section 33, MDM.
Section 2. Zoning Plan Maps.
The Plumas County Planning Director is hereby directed to reflect the zoning as provided for in this ordinance and pursuant to Section 9-2.302 of the Plumas County Code.
Section 3. Codification.
No sections of this ordinance shall be codified.
Section 4. Publication.
This ordinance shall be published, pursuant to Section 25124(a) of the Government Code of the State of California, before the expiration of fifteen days after the passage of the ordinance, once, with the names of the supervisors voting for and against the ordinance, in the Feather River Bulletin, a newspaper of general circulation in the County of Plumas.
Section 5. Effective Date.
This ordinance shall become effective thirty (30) days from the date of final passage.
The foregoing ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of the Board of Supervisors on the 5th day of June, 2012, and passed and adopted on the 12th day of June, 2012 by the following vote:

PLUMAS NATIONAL FOREST
The Greenhorn Multi-Product Timber Sale is located within all or portions of T 23 N, R 11 E, Sections 3 & 4 and T 24 N, R 11 E, Sections 33 & 34. The Forest Service will receive sealed bids at the Mt Hough Ranger District office at 39696 Hwy 70, Quincy, CA 95971 for an estimated volume of 461.6 CCF of Douglas Fir sawtimber, 143.0 CCF of Incense Cedar sawtimber, 129.0 CCF of Ponderosa Pine sawtimber, 136.0 CCF of Sugar Pine sawtimber, 692.1 CCF of White Fir sawtimber, and 855.5 CCF of Combined Softwood green biomass, marked or otherwise designated for cutting. Bids will be opened on 07/20/2012 at 10:00 AM at this office. The Forest Service reserves the right to reject any and all bids. A prospectus, bid form and complete information concerning the timber, the conditions of the sale and submission of bids is available to the public from this office and from the US Forest Service website at:

NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Commissioners of the Quincy Fire Protection District has adopted a preliminary budget for: (1) Salaries and wages, (2) Services and supplies, and (3) Fixed assets, which preliminary budget can be inspected at Quincy Fire Station #1, 505 Lawrence St., between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm and that the said Board of Commissioners of said District will meet at the Feather River Bulletin Conference Room, 287 Lawrence Street, Quincy, California, on 7/12/12 at the hour of 7:30 am for the purpose of considering any changes and adopting the final budget for said District at which time and place any interested citizen may appear and be heard regarding the increase, decrease or omission of any item of the budget, or the inclusion of any additional items.
