Well Site Improvements
The Chester Public Utility District (CPUD) invites qualified contractors to bid site preparation, grading, culvert installation, well building pad preparation, asphalt paving and perimeter fencing at a newly developed well site adjacent to Juniper Lake Road, on property owned by the CPUD in Plumas County. The Contractor must have a current California Contractors State License Board license.
Bid Submittal Deadline: Bids must be received at the CPUD office no later than June 8, 2012, 4:30 PM.

The contract will be awarded, if at all, to the qualified bidder who submits the lowest bid. Only the base bid will be considered in determining the low bid. No alternates will be considered. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive immaterial defects or deviations in the bids received.
The Contractor will be required to provide payment and performance bonds.
In accordance with Public Contract Code Section 22300, the Contractor may substitute securities in lieu of funds withheld by the District to ensure performance under the contract.
