Tessa Makenzie Halls was born to Jessica Sikking and James Halls, of Quincy, on March 11, 2012, at 9:14 a.m. at Plumas District Hospital in Quincy. Tessa weighed 6.5 pounds.
Maternal grandparents are Kim Sikking and Steve Sikking.
Paternal grandparents are Leigh Marie Halls and Jimmy Halls.
Tessa is also welcomed by siblings Alissa Halls, 12, Kaydince Halls, 8, and Kaydence Borbon, 6.
