The Administrative Office of the Courts is considering two parcels for a new courthouse in Quincy. One, a horse pasture at 199 Crescent St. (Highway 70), is not just zoned as a floodplain, it is currently flooded.
The AOC hosts a public meeting about the potential sites Tuesday, April 26, at 6 p.m. in the Superior Court of Plumas County, third floor of the existing courthouse. The other potential site is Dame Shirley Plaza, including adjacent and nearby parcels. Photo by Delaine Fragnoli
