No estimation of when the highway will re-open is available, but cleanup operations are expected to be on-going for sevearl hours.

State Highway 32 west of Chester is closed in both directions at this time in both directions due to an overturned loaded fuel tanker.

The closure is approxametly 1.3 miles west of junction with Hioghway 36. Highway 32 is closed to westbound traffic at Jct SR 36 and closed to eastbound traffic approx 10 miles west of Butte/Tehema Co line at Upper Humbolt Rd.

According to Cal Trans spokesperson, there is a fuel spill. State Department of Fish and Game and a hazardous spill response team from Tehama County have responed. The contents of the tanker truck will have to be pumped off before the truck can be up-righted and the roaded way cleared. There is no estimate of how long this might take.
