10:00 a.m. Mildred Balben & Roger Douglass "Reds Meadow Ranch" Animal Breeding and Boarding Facility - Special Use Permit Amendment

This project is a request for an amendment of an existing Special Use Permit to extend the expiration date for an animal breeding and boarding facility known as Reds Meadow Ranch. This facility provides services including trail rides, lessons, boarding and horseshoeing.

This property is located at 1850 C Road, near the community of Clio; APN 123-120-006.

This project is not subject to CEQA under Section 15063(b)(3) of the California Environmental Quality Act Guidelines.
