Overturned big rig removed, roadway open to passenger vehicles only. High profile vehicles remain restricted from Johnstonville, junction US 395 and SR 36 to Nevada State Line due to high winds. Wind warning in effect.
3/29/2010 - 3 p.m.
Caltrans has closed route 395 at the agricultural inspection station on the California-Nevada border because of a big rig blown over near Doyle in Lassen County. A high wind advisory is also in effect from Portola to the 395 junction. A high wind advisory indicates that travel isn't recommended for trucks with permit loads, trailers or campers.
