Contractor mandatory pre-bid meeting for Spanish Creek Bridge
REDDING - The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) will hold a mandatory Pre-Bid meeting for Prime contractors interested in bidding on the Spanish Creek Bridge Replacement Project on State Route 70 in Plumas County.
Meeting will include project plans for viewing and prime and subcontractor networking opportunities.

Prime Contractors: Prospective bidders must attend the mandatory pre-bid. Bidder’s representative shall be a company officer, project superintendent, or project estimator.
Sub-Contractors: The purpose of mandatory pre-bids is to encourage the use of small business participation on contracts. While you are not required to attend, this is an excellent networking opportunity.
