Participants must not eat for 12 hours prior to the blood draw, but may continue their normal intake of water and take any medication as usual.

Testing includes comprehensive metabolic panel; thyroid screening; complete blood count; cholesterol; triglycerides; and HDL, direct LDL and ratio. Cost is $50, payable by cash or check.

For an additional charge, bone density and prostate cancer screenings will be available. Bone density screening appointments may be scheduled at the time of the health screening.
