Notice of Decision: Frenchman Village Inc. Road Special Use Permit
On August 28, 2013, Deb Bumpus, District Ranger of the Beckwourth Ranger District Plumas National Forest, signed a Decision Notice authorizing the re-issuance of a ten-year "Road Special Use Permit", this permit includes the maintenance and use of a road 18' in length and containing .03 acres. This roadway is the only connection to access to the subdivision.

Decision Not Subject to Appeal:  In accordance with the March 19, 2012 order issued by the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California in Case No. CV F11-679LJO DLB, this decision was subject to administrative review (appeal) pursuant to 36 CFR Part 215.  However, since no comments expressing concerns were received during the 30-day legal notice and comment period, this decision is not subject to appeal [36 CFR 215.12(e)], and an appeal period will not be offered.
