Fair manager John Steffanic announced an extension on exhibit entries for the Plumas-Sierra County Fair.
“Maybe it’s the hot weather or the way the calendar falls this year, but people are only today starting to bring in their fair entries,” Steffanic said.
He is extending the deadline until Wednesday, July 24, at 5 p.m. to “give everyone a little more time to get in the mood to enter their jelly or scarecrow.”
Entry forms may be found in the exhibit guide, which is available online at plumas-sierracountyfair.net or at the fair office, 283-6272.
Exhibit guides are also available at county libraries and Plumas Bank branches.
