Feather River Community College District
Pursuant to California Education Code Sections 5091 and 5092, the Board of Trustees of the Feather River Community College District has made a provisional appointment of Dr. Dana Ware, as the member of the Board of Trustees representing District V. The provisional appointment was made at the Board of Trustees meeting held December 13, 2012. In accordance with California Education Code Section 5092, Dr. Dana Ware will hold the office until the next regular election, to be held in November 2014. Pursuant to California Education Code Section 5092, unless a petition calling for a special election, containing a sufficient number of signatures is filed in the office of the County Superintendent of Schools within 30 days of the date of the provisional appointment, it shall become an effective appointment.
