Trout Unlimited sponsors fishing derby

Feather Publishing
10/17/2012

On the frosty morning of Saturday, Oct. 6, Feather River Trout Unlimited sponsored a fishing derby at the Greenhorn Creek Guest Ranch for the A.L.I.V.E. Program. With the largest turnout Feather River Trout Unlimited has ever had, participants fished for rainbow trout and blue gill. Many, if not all, of the attendants caught fish.

Feather River Trout Unlimited thanks all of the attendants including the volunteers, the A.L.I.V.E. Program and the Greenhorn Creek Guest Ranch.

To help support Feather River Trout Unlimited, purchase a $10 drawing ticket for a chance to win a float trip for two on the Sacramento River with guide Lance Gray. Tickets can be purchased at Graeagle Mill Works before the drawing today, Wednesday, Oct. 17. Without this kind of support Feather River Trout Unlimited could not hold community
