Jaxson Markus Lee Campbell was born to Jessica Leota-Mae Campbell, of Greenville, on Sept. 5, 2012, at 8:11 a.m. at Plumas District Hospital in Quincy. Jaxson weighed 8 pounds, 6 ounces.

Rowan Jacob Newman was born to Andrea West and Jacob Newman, of Indian Valley, on Sept. 18, 2012, at 4:34 p.m. at Plumas District Hospital in Quincy. Rowan weighed 7 pounds, 13 ounces.
